Evie's Prayer

Recently I asked Evie to say prayer and this is how it went:

"Dear Jesus,
Thank you for everything. I love my mommy. I love my daddy. I think I love my sissy.... she's still new. Please help my daddy to come home from his boat because he's gone all the time and I miss him.

Amen"

I walk into Evie's room. She's pulling herself up in her closet on the bar. Me: Evie come here I need to brush your teeth. Evie: But mom I'm working out to be a ninja. Me: A ninja? Evie: Yeah, I wanna be strong so I can kick dragons and punch sharks.
Evie: "Mom can I swallow my gum?" Me: "No Evie it will get stuck in your belly and give you a belly ache." Evie: "No." Me: "Yes it will Evie it will get stuck and make you sick." Evie: "Well....I did it anyway."
Evie: Mom your going to be Moega's (imaginary friend) mom now. Me: Okay Evie but what happened to her mom? Evie: She ate poison trash and died.
Nick: "Evie will you make me lunch?" Evie: "No Dad" Nick: "Why not?" Evie: "Because I'm NOT a Mommy!"
Me: "Evie you need to just let Mommy be the Mommy and let me take care of the baby." Evie: "BUT MOM!! I'm the big sister and I can do it!!"
"Mom, I can't eat my carrots....they make my back hurt."
"It's to rainy for banana time!!!" - Evie said this to me and Nick randomly while we were at the park one day and it had started to rain. We laughed forever. Such a random kid.
I'm downstairs cleaning and I hear big crashes coming from Evie's room. I go to the staircase and say "Evie what are you doing?!" Evie comes to the top of the stairs and calls down, "Don't worry Mom, I'm just making a big mess."
Evie: "Mom can you make me a blueberry muffin?" Me: "Evie I'm busy right now I'll make you a blueberry muffin later." Evie: Audible Sigh "But I really want a blueberry muffin." Me: "Well you're just going to have to wait a minute." Evie: "OWWWW!!! Mommy!!!" Me: "Evie what's the matter?" Evie: "My ear really hurts!!" Me: "Why does your ear hurt?" Evie: "It just really hurts and I need a blueberry muffin to make it feel better."
"Don't worry mom....one day you'll be a rockstar like me."
Evie was dressed as Cinderella for Halloween. A lady came up to her and asked her where her prince was, Evie replied "He's working"
Evie sat in some gum and as I was trying to pick it off of her bum she looks up to me and says "Mom...this is kinda weird."
